Hey, weren’t you the editor in chief of CRAFT Literary ?
Why yes, I was! In the past, I have also worked with The Masters Review, Fractured Lit, Uncharted Magazine, Frontier Poetry, Palette Poetry, Funicular Magazine, Reflex Fiction, Chicago Literati, and The Vignette Review. I have about ten years of experience working with literary magazines of all genres, so your flash prose is safe with me. All will be read with care.
You say you don’t care about genre. Is that true? Truly true?
Why yes, it is! I just want to see your flash prose. You can submit any style or genre of work. Just keep your submission under five hundred words, please.
Why should I send my flashiest flash prose to you?
I am the kind of experienced editor who’s seen it all, read it all. I’m looking for the unexpected, the eclectic and the electric. I’m longing for work that pleasure-bursts my brain’s synapses. If your work can light my fire, so to speak, please send it over.
Will you consider reprints?
Yes. But I may not publish them very often, if I have a lot of superfine, fresh unpublished work in the submission queue. I will generally save reprints for special occasions or particular circumstances.
